The Michigan Department of Education has partnered with Van Dyke Public Schools, along with 14 other Michigan school districts, on a five-year initiative to improve adolescent health through delivery of exemplary sexual health education, improved access to sexual health services, and establishment of safe and supportive environments for students and staff. This project is supported through a cooperative agreement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Adolescent and School Health (CDC/DASH) administered by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).
